Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Leben in Deutschland app (the "App") developed by Selim Yesilyurt ("we", "us", or "our").

Leben in Deutschland is a free, ad-supported educational application designed to help users prepare for the "Leben in Deutschland" (Life in Germany) test. The App provides practice questions, exam simulations, and study tools.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial educational use. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Use the App in any unlawful manner
• Attempt to bypass any security features of the App

3. Educational Content Disclaimer

The questions and answers provided in the App are for educational and practice purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content is identical to the actual "Leben in Deutschland" test.

We are not affiliated with the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) or any German government agency.

4. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the display of ads. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content of advertisements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software in the App are the property of Selim Yesilyurt or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The content is complete, accurate, or up-to-date
• The App will meet your specific requirements
